AMZEST-FE is a blend of essential vitamins which includes vitamin B complex along with Ferrous Ascorbate (eq. to elemental iron 100 mg), in tablet dosage form. COMPOSITION:
Multivitamin with 100 mg Elemental Iron Tablets

MODE OF ACTION:
Each vitamin has separate mode of action. E.g. Vitamin B12 helps to create the heme portion of hemoglobin. While Vitamin C Helps the body absorb iron; manufacture collagen, form and repair red blood cells, bones and other tissues.
Ferrous Ascorbate: Replaces iron found in hemoglobin, myoglobin, and enzymes; allows the transportation of oxygen via hemoglobin.
