NEFROCYTE is Acetylcycsteine 150 mg and Taurine 500 mg Tablets. Acetycysteine improves oxidative stress and used in prophylaxis of contrast induced nephropathy. While Taurine can influence several physiologic functions of the kidney, including renal blood flow, glomerular filtration and its rate, osmoregulation, ion reabsorption and secretion, and composition of urine. NEFROCYTE is an powerful antioxidant which ameliorates renal function and corrects hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia.
Taurine 500 mg + Acetylcysteine 150 mg Tablets
Taurine – Taurine is an abundant, β-amino acid with diverse cytoprotective activity. Taurine restores respiratory chain activity and increases the synthesis of ATP at the expense of superoxide anion production.
N-Acetyl-L-cysteine – N-acetylcysteine is a powerful scavenger of hypochlorous acid (HOCl); low concentrations are able to protect alpha 1-antiproteinase against inactivation by HOCl. It also increases oxygen delivery to tissues, increases mitochondrial ATP production, and alters the microvascular tone to increase the blood flow and oxygen delivery to the liver and other vital organs.
1 tablet three times a day
Store at room temperature not exceeding 30ᵒC.
